IL CAPO UNCOVERED Ep. 1: Feeding the Dance Floor

Behind every coal-fired crust and every table filled at IL CAPO, there's a bigger story—one rooted in community, neighbors, and the joy of sharing food.

This week, we took the glow next door to our friends at @fredastairedancebrookfield. Trays of burrata bruschetta. Meatballs made with love. A little taste of Nonna's table carried into a room filled with music, movement, and community spirit.

As John put it best: "You know, kind of offer some food, some hors d'oeuvres, some drinks. So it's cool—we get to support each other."
