Episode 15: The Craft Continues.

A few weeks ago, the pasta machine showed up at our door.

Now it's out of the box, sitting in the kitchen, and getting ready to become part of what we do every day.

Fresh pasta, made the IL CAPO way.

Our own extruded dough, built from the ground up

semolina flour, water, olive oil, salt

and maybe a version with eggs, too.

It's not fully in use yet.

But this is how it starts.

Step by step.

Learning it.

Working with it.

Getting it right.

Because what happens back here

is what ends up in that container, on your table, and in front of the people you're sharing it with.
